Once upon a time you visited a local video arcade, purchased game tokens for the video machines and played the games that interes ted you. Now, that arcade is on the Internet and you don't have to leave home to play. You purchase game tokens (also known as chips) to play at CASINO FANTASY just like the walk-in video arcade. The Official Rules, Regulations, Terms and Conditions of CASINO FANTASY.

1. ELIGIBILITY. Participation in the activities and games (collectively the "Game") located at this Web site are open to residents of legal age in the jurisdiction of residence, where the Game is not prohibited or regulated. 2. HOW TO PLAY. The Game is played at CASINO FANTASY via the Internet by means of the client application for Microsoft (R) Windows (R) 95/NT which can be downloaded from the Web site at the URL http://www.CasinoFanatsy.com at no charge. Play is allowed w ith CASINO FANTASY chips only. Casino Fantasy Roulette: Wheel has 38 numbers, 1 - 36, 0 and 00, colored red, black and green. Player picks one or more of the following: 
• a single number: 0, 00, 1 - 36; 
• a column of 12 numbers; 
• a doz en 1 -12 or 13 - 24 or 25 - 36; 
• color red or black; 
• odd or even; 
• first or second half; 
• split of two numbers; 
• row of three numbers; 
• any of the four numbers forming the corner; 
• five numbers 0, 00, 1, 2, 3; 
• six numbers in two rows. 
3. Casino Fantasy Slot Machines: Three reels have the following symbols each: red seven, blue seven, bar, double bar, triple bar, strawberry, space. Player pulls the lever or clicks on the SPIN button to rotate the reels. The outcome of the game is deter mined by the symbols that line up at the horizontal pay line once the reels stop. Player agrees to follow, without exception, the rules of play for each individual game which are posted on the Web site and are available through the "RULES" button in the client application and subject to change from time-to-time, and failure to follow such rules shall result in disqualification from CASINO FANTASY. 
4. PRIZES. Any prize shall be paid by crediting the credit card or mailing a check ("Prize"). Prize will be based on the amount of CASINO FANTASY chips a player possesses. All chips are denominated in US$. Player may receive $1.00 U.S. currency for one $ 1 chip; $5.00 U.S. currency for one $5 chip; and $10.00 U.S. currency for one $10 chip, etc. For example, if player has 81 $10 chips and 20 $5 chips on account at CASINO FANTASY, player wins a Prize in the amount of $910.00 in U.S. currency. Any applicabl e taxes and fees in connection with any Prize awarded are the sole responsibility of Player. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for any other prize. 
5. HOW TO REDEEM PRIZES. If Player desires to collect cash Prize, select and click the "CASH OUT" button in the client application. Player may elect to collect Prize at any time and there is no requirement to play the Game in order for Player to make suc h request. If Player requests Prize and has a positive CASINO FANTASY chip balance on Player's account, the Prize will be calculated as described herein, and forwarded to Player after verification. 
6. ODDS. CASINO FANTASY adheres to the following odds for roulette: · a single number: 0, 00, 1 - 36: 38:1 · a column of 12 numbers: 19:6 · a dozen 1 -12 or 13 - 24 or 25 - 36: 19:6 · color red or black: 19:9 •odd or even: 19:9 · first or second hal f: 19:9 •split of two numbers: 19:1 · row of three numbers: 38:3 · any of the four numbers forming the corner: 19:2 · five numbers: 0, 00, 1, 2, 3: 38:5 · six numbers in two rows: 19:3 
7. OTHER CONDITIONS. Player is not required to participate in the Game and such participation, if elected by Player, is at Player's sole option , discretion and risk. Materials of the Game (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorized legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, m echanical, electronic or any other errors. Any and all materials submitted for Prize claims become the property of the Company and will not be returned. The Company is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage due mail, requests, Prize claims or entries. All materials may be subject to verification by an independent judging organization before any Prize is awarded. Decisions of the judging organization are final, binding and conclusive in all matter s. Liability for materials of the Game containing any error is limited to replacement. Taxes, if any, on any Prize is Player's sole responsibility. If Player does not enter client application by "logging-in" to Player's account by using Player's "Nickname " and "Password" for a period of 60 days, all CASINO FANTASY chips on Player's account are forfeited provided, however, such requirement for log-in and entry is not and does not constitute any requirement whatsoever for Player to play any game or particip ate in any activity at the Web site and/or client application. By accepting Prize and/or CASINO FANTASY chips, Player consents to use his/her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Pla yer, by acceptance of Prize, acknowledges compliance with all rules herein. The Company shall not be liable for computer malfunctions nor attempts by Player to participate in the Game by methods, means or ways not intended by the Compan y. The rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein represents the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the Player and the Company and supersedes and merges all prior agreements, representations and understandings between the Playe r and the Company. 
8. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There is absolutely no purchase necessary to play the Game. Mechanically reproduc ed entries are not acceptable. Valid requests will be processed by e-mail in three to five weeks. IMPROPER REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED. 
9. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Game is void in USA and where prohibited, regulated or taxed. 
10. OBTAINING A WRITTEN COPY OF THE OFFICIAL GAME RULES. 11. PLAYER AGREES AND BECOMES A PARTY TO THE RULES. By launching a client application, opening an account, use and reuse of such an account, participation in the Game, or acceptance of any Prize, Player hereby represents, warrants and certifies all of the following: 
1. Player fully understands, agrees to, becomes a party to and shall abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules, regulations, terms and conditions may change from time-to-time; 
2. Player is over 18 years o ld or is an adult as that term is defined in layer's jurisdiction; 
3. Player shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse Player's account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Web site and/or client application, accept any Prize, or participate in the Game;

8. Player's interest in the Game and the Web site is personal, and not professional; Player's entering the Web site is solely for Player's own personal entertainment and any other entrance, access, use or reuse of the Web site by Player is strictly prohibited; 
9. Player fully understands the standards and laws, as such standards and laws relate to the G ame, of the community/legal jurisdiction to which Player is transporting the material contained in the Web site, and Player is solely responsible for his/her actions; 
10. Player understands that violating any rule, regulation, term, or condition herein, may be in violation of applicable law; Player shall be solely responsible for any such violation and, in addition, as a consequence of any such violation, Player's access to the Web site may be terminated;
